When the coils arrive they need to be broken in. They will lift the truck 3+ inches out of the box, and your control arms will be at extreme...

It looks like your rig is definitely more made for slow stuff but just a word of warning you will snap the explorer roof rack if you beat on the truck which can be pretty dangerous with a giant 35"...

iirc mine was a vacuum leak. Check the PCV valve elbow that usually has a hole/tear on the elbow section causing the issue. Could have a crack in another place but that is most common
