Fixed my high idle! Pulled my IAC off and looked inside to clean it and there was a wood splinter wedged inside the valve keeping it open. No clue how it got there just glad its gone and my truck...

I went and got it scanned today and I had used to just have the rear o2 sensor bad because, well it's not there. When the genius p/o put in the new exhaust they left out the back o2 sensor. But...

You could try and pre-spray with this bulldog adhesive promoter stuff I used on my valance. It helps paint stick to rounded edges and plastic. Its worked great for me.
