Need help finding screws

Hi everybody! I was wondering if anyone could help me find the screws for the back of my tailgate that are flush. The previous owner had a bed liner but I removed it...

Head Light Help

This seems like a silly question but can anyone tell me how to take the head lights out of a 2000 Ranger? I would greatly appreciate it.
