changed plugs and plug wires, but I will take them off the coil and let it dry out. Could have I shorted out the coil?

Washed engine now missing
Pressure cleaned 2003 Ford Ranger Edge 3.0 and now have a rough idle and rough acceration. Changed plugs and plug wires but still rough. What else could I have gotten wet and creating a problem. ...
