Not trying to turn it into a classified, but if anybody has or can bring an XL bumper from a 93-97 (the black smooth one with no bumper pad holes) ill bring some cash and buy it.

Absolutely, i towed a 04 with a locked up rear end about 5 miles. An mine is a 97 with a destroyed auto tranny.

Since your truck is a splash, you already have 1 inch of drop from the factory, so technically the 3/4 kit would give you 4/5 compared to a regular ranger.
