Re: lower balljoint question?
Pump a little grease into the new ball joint and watch where the old grease escapes. They probably want the joint oriented a certain way to prevent excess grease from being ported directly onto the...

Re: Stumble on acceleration
My truck did exactly that for the better part of a year. One day the check engine light illuminated. My code reader showed P0430. It was a plugged cat coming off the left cylinder bank.
Long story...

Re: E3 spark plugs?
Exactly.
Spark plugs are just another link in the chain. You'll never get a "hotter" spark by just changing the plugs. You'd have to upgrade the entire ignition system.
Go OEM.

You can get Motorcraft SP-412 plugs off of ebay for less than $3 each shipped to your door. Why install anything else?

Nitrogen most certainly expands and contracts with temperature change. Normal cold tire pressure on a B777-200 is 210 psi. It's not unusual to see pressures around 250 psi after landing from the heat...

For my truck it's Mercon V ATF.
Your owners manual should have that info. Look here: https://www.fleet.ford.com/maintenance/owners_manuals/default.asp

There's no need to flush a manual transmission, gravity does that for you.
There are two plugs, a drain plug and a fill plug.
The procedure is to remove the drain plug, allow the oil to...

Hello everyone. A few weeks ago I picked up a 2011 Ranger.
It's an XLT Supercab, 4.0 V6, 5spd, 2WD. It's factory fresh, the manufacture date on the door frame sticker is 03/11.
