Update:

Headache rack is near completion just have to do the cut outs and inserts for the 10" led bars and mount my CB whip .

Yeah I'd go with 32x11.50 to be safe but otherwise a 33x12.50 should fit no problem with those rims and a 3 "bl , your better off doing the body lift for like 200$ and getting what you really want...

To fit em the minimum you need is a 3 inch body lift and have them mounted on 15x8 rims and there will be little to no rub , I took my flares off and I'm running...

Maybe they did in the earlier years of the ohv but I know forsure the 2000 has the same box as the sohc

yeah man, personally i would never black out or get tinted headlights that hinder the light output, do the headlight mod and get HID's

the brackets are sold separately from the bull bar, they are like 85$ its worth saving the time and labour of making them.
