lowering kits for 1996 ranger 2wd

im looking to lower my ranger and i cant seem to find what i am looking for.
i am looking for a kit for lowering the front 1.5'' or 2'' and do about 3'' or 3.5'' in the back and i want a kit for...

well i have a flowmaste 50 muffler on there, i just want it to sound louder.
and you can just get a flowmaster high flow Catalytic converter? and it would be fine taking those 2 out and putting one...

yes they do have a y pipe, but it would not got from 2 to 1 back to 2 it would be 2 seperate pipes all the way back.

yeah thats what i am thinking. but damn its gonna be about 8 bills for a programer and exhaust lol time to start saving. i guess its my new project haha thanks for everyones advice.

i found a performance chip on ebay for cheap like 30 bucks, i need input to see if its even worth the money or not?

they take longer to to get made and put on and i dont have the time for my truck to sit in the shop to have it made and put it. but if thats what i have to do i guess ill have to do it. lol
