Did you ever get any further with the bleeding?
Anyone have a good bleed procedure to follow say after a RAD swap, etc?
I am concerned about some possible air trapped since the swap, thx..

Actually, by science, you will gain NOTHING, period, except possible loss in power due to the heat charge on air forced in to the intake.

As for the airbox mod(removing the silencer tube) this...

Yes, I am sure it can be made to fit properly but why?
Your 2.3L Duratec intake is setup to be as efficient as possible, and, is already a functional cold air intake...

Yeah, and why you're at it buy some MAF cleaner, cause you're gonna need to clean your MAF every time you service that oil throwing K&N.

Shampooed the seat set, came out LIKE NEW. amazing how clean these seats are, not a mark on them, and got the whole set for $120, GREAT DEAL!!!!

Correct me if I am wrong, but there are 4 torx bolts on the 6ft and 6 on the 7ft bed right??

That is pretty much it to free the bed, at least...

Well, figured out the fuel filling issues, on my own.
It is the fuel filler neck, they go bad, break down, kink, leak, air/pressure issues, etc. That is exactly what it is. I have a new one on...

Well, this new code reader is just crazy, pulls data that you did not even know exists. LOL

Anyway, interpreting the diag info and making sense of it, cross examining it against FORD OEM data...

Alright, well no one has chimed up, been quiet.
I know the p0171 code is kinda generic, and points towards lean conditions on bank one, possible variables causing this, but again most all posted...

Stopped by Auto Zone and took advantage of the free diag via their tool(Pep Boys needed an appt...
