i'm glad you mentioned the fuel cleaner. up here in mn in the wintertime if the engine has a bunch of short trips, moisture that gets into the compression chamber, gas tank, etc. never gets...

you can find j hooks at just about any hardware store/box store. my old boss used just regular bolts to bolt it down to the rails of the pickup bed. they also used foam pads for between the toolbox...

gates brand tensioner assembly did the trick for me. if you can deal with the occasional chirp on high moisture mornings, this is the best solution i've come across so far. not even ford factory...
