thanks man so it looks like any 2.3 newer than 88 i can pull the tranny out of it.

i was wondering what years i can look for to get a tranny for my truck? i have a 1988 xlt five speed with the 2.3. if ayone can help please let me know. im haveing a hard time finding one.

thats cool man i no u cant see much on them big ones like that. i was working on a 5 story job one day about six weeks ago and the operater on that job hit me in the back of the head withthe ball...

i have done a couplebig jobs myself. my baby is the rdu international airport ive got three years on that one. im a drywall contractor. id love to operate a tower crane one day

idk id love to have the diesel. i just wonder why ford doesnt offer this model in the u.s. They whould sell i know it even if its gas with the four door. me and my dad want one. just wondering...

the key is to be in a gear that is put very little strain on the motor and cost as much as possible. im geting about 22 25 with my truck.
