Yes I did. I actually drove it home without the belt on, turns and all. I think I might just take it to a shop. I could swap parts all day and still not get it. Either that or a new PS pump, idler,...

Thats not what I mean. It wasn't a loose PULLEY on the new pumps. There was END PLAY on the SHAFT of the new pumps with no pulley installed. I dont think it was as much as the existing pump however.

ok more info. There is power steering fluid on the underside of the hood, on the fender well, and on the top of the filler cap at the pump. Could this be from driving the truck home 1 mile without...

I checked em all by trying to move them HARD and with a straight edge and the only one that has any slop is the PS pump . They are all straight and tight. I will check the one on the end of the...

Well that lasted all of about 20 hours. The new belt is shredded and popped off again. I have no idea what to do. Any other ideas????

So far so good guys. I appreciate all the help. I changed the belt and not only did the chirp go away, I ran it pretty hard through some puddles while turning and it didnt jump. I was going to change...

Thanks guys. I have been looking hard at it and I truly believe that the Power Steering pump may be the culprit. The pulley moves front to back quite a bit. If it only takes a millimeter or 2 to jump...
