it will shift into 2nd, but going 2nd to 3rd it revs and then hits 3rd

Hi everyone came here and joined to get some advice. My 2000 Ranger is hesistating somewhat when it shift from 2nd to 3rd. Heard if I cleaned the MAF sensor it would help, did that ad its still doing...

had a tranny put in about 25k ago so i dont believe its that.
