Check timing with a timing light, I had a similar issue with my truck and make sure to remove the spout connector when timing.

Cleaned and painted my heads, installing valve stem seals friday. I also ordered my gasket set, I will have it tomorrow.

Finally got down to having to pull the heads. As I pulled the rocker arm rail off the driver side head, the #6 intake spring fell off. I found 1 of the retainers, hopefully the other is in the pan....

My local junkyard has boatloads of 2.9L's, I will grab a few for the heck of it and hope it works. Everything else was changed...I hope it works!

Put another distributor in, along with TFI. Nothing changed and fouled #1 and #2 plugs, others did not fire. I unplugged the MAP sensor still misfired and ran bad but was a bit better, plugged it...
