Figured it out!! i was looking over the whole thing, and swapped out the relay for it, the one closest to the fender.. works like a charm:rock:

well i looked at it again tonight, i had a wiper switch off of a mustang, same plug in for the wipers but not the turn signals..... still had the same problem.
