Take a good look at what your local auto-store has.
Oreilly by me has a sweeeeeet battery terminal set for making a new fuse block under the hood. Has half a dozen tap-offs with fuses already on...

You'll need EVERYTHING;
I'd recommend getting a donor TRUCK as a whole.
For sure you'll need the whole wiring harness/ COMPLETE fuel system (tank and all!)/ I'd take the tranny rather than try...
