By power options, do you mean power steering, and brakes? Or power windows, locks and mirrors? I can do without power windows, ect. but I would at least like power steering.

I don't really know what I want any more. Though, one thing's for sure, I really want a Ranger. Today, I went down to a local tow yard that had a Ranger posted on craigslist just to take a close look...
