Can I just tap into the headlights power so the fogs come on with the headlights?

When ever i press my breaks the peddle makes this clicking sounds and you can feel the clicking on your foot. Anyone have any idea why its doing this and how i can fix it? Thanks

So this morning my brake light and turn signal fuse blow it was random and i havent messed with any electric on the truck. I replaced the fuse but it blows after a few mins. Its a 2000 ford ranger....

Taking the window out and putting sheet metal in its place and putting in filler and sanding then painting
