The total current draw would be less.
Im guessing I would just piggyback off the pos/neg wires to the 2nd pair of lights, if that works...

Connected to the battery. I have 100w bulbs in these lights with a higher amp fuse. I'm thinking about running PIAA or KC halogens with 100-130w bulbs, but I'll probably go with LEDs.
