I don't know much about the SCT, I do have Cortex Tuner from Superchips and it has made a huge difference in power and mpg. And you can connect it to the internet for updates.

I get about 15-16 mpg, that's with the Superchips Cortex Tuner. Before it was tuned, I was getting about 11 mpg. Going up in the gears will help with the mpg. You can go with 37's, it's really not...

A little over $700. They were actually cheaper than 4Wheel Parts. I wanted someone who was insured and knew what they were doing. Some things you don't want to go cheap on.

The Ford dealership did everything to my truck, installed the lift kit, torsion keys, & did the alignment. I did the B/L though. I havent had any issues with it keeping alignment since it was done...

I'm running the stock 4:10's. From stock height it's about 10" with the aftermarket keys adjust all the way, the B/L, and the 4" Superlift....

The 35's are heavy as hell too, I'm already running everything you plan on doing and roatating the tires is a bitch. But I haven't had any issues with any of the suspension, cv axels, or tranny.

3.0 will be okay since you don't go offroad. You have about 53 hp less than the 4.0 and 58 less lb ft torque. Changing the gears will help but it's not a must. You can run 35's with the 6" S/L and...

CRC Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner - You can get it at any auto parts store. You remove the sensor from the airbox, spray it, let it dry, and reinstall it. Shouldn't take but a few minutes. Be careful...
