Tried the ignition coil plug mod. Didn't notice any improvements. Pulled off throttle body and cleaned it real good. Had to make my own gasket, fun. Cleaned out iac motor and idle hangs at 1500 rpm...

You can also delete the inertia switch if it only has 2 wires like the older ones. Cut out the switch and wire tie the two wires together with a good butt connector and shrink wrap. Problem solved,...

The clutch side hinge point was completely eaten through since the bushing around the steel shaft failed. Anyone or was this the one in a million?

I wouldn't think the valve spring is broken. I would have a misfire for sure. It runs so damn good at all speeds. Maybe weak though? We'll find out soon enough. Thanks for the help.

Flush out your tranny cooler lines as well. If that was the first time your tranny pan was dropped I guarantee new fluid will scrub and break away any other buildup and send it through the valve body...
