Yes it is possible . You will have to sheet metal the tail light completely then cut out the new tail light openings . Should look nice when your done . hopefully you have enough skill to patch...

You cant stop it bud , its an electrolyte process , where it grounds out is where its gonna rust . keeping it from the elements wont slow it down .

U do alot of moving and stuff u say ? you might have caused them to fatigue prematurely. Don't tell that to Ford . Just go in for warranty . I bet you went over the weight limit during some of those...

You want to make sure its the pump ? release the filter see if its under pressure . Normally u would remove the fuse and run the truck with the fuel cap off to release the pressure , but this time...
