I fixxed it. I read the haynes manual and figured out how toread the electrical sheet. Figured out it was fuse 15a... which I thought I cheched. Guess I didn't. I think I had a bad alternaitor but...

What's happening is the latch won't go to the locking point. It is easy to move through all 3 stages. It won't catch.
