Thanks to all for the help. I ordered the part from Flowmasters. I think it will be the easiest way to go.

Thanks for your reply. I'll try the electrical tech. The high mount is a stop light. It should only come on when the brakes are applied. It can't be spliced into the cars brake lites because they...
