Bought mine from Advance auto. If you get some coolant in the oil, just change the oil.

You should get a set of gauges.
Turn your AC on Max mode, turn the fan all the way up, and roll the windows down. Make sure the truck is warm too. The compressor kicks on when the suction side...

Yeah, that liquid line quick disconnect wouldn't come apart so I replaced the evap and the line. I went looking for the old orifice and there wasn't one in that line.

Not sure, the 4.0 is behind the power steering pump on drivers side. 3.0 may be in the same area.

We arent much help without a OBD code, it could be a intake gasket, a bad vacuum line, or an electical plug is corroded or disconnected.

If he removed the throttle body, he may have cracked the vacuum hose under it. That's what happened to mine.

Sounds like a bad starter gear. You could try turning the crank pulley 90 degrees and see if the starter engages after that. It could also be the flywheel teeth are messed up, but more likely it's...

Yeah, I should have said install the lower intake with the bolts loose, then tighten the head bolts.

I would install the heads loose and then install the lower intake with bolts to make sure they line up before torqueing the heads down.

You bought the full intake gasket kit? Upper and lower? Have you swapped out the radiator hoses and thermostat?
Also, from experience there is a vacuum hose that runs from the bottom of the...

Its an easy swap, but you have to pull the metal c-clip off the plug first.

That's about 4.10 range, my 4.0 4x4 runs about 2400-2500 @ 70mph.
