thats because the front external tensioner like i talked about before has gravity helping oil stay near it, allowing it to keep/build oil pressure faster upon startup.
these symptoms are...

you probably need to replace the cam chain tensioners. they bolt in to the block one up front by the thermostat housing for the left bank, and one by the rear passenger side spark plug for the right...

if you dont want long travel, its pretty much superlift, RCD, or custom
both are drop brackets in front, but superlift is torsion bar, rcd is a coilover deal i think.
i know in the rear superlift...

that sounds like something's up with the maf. it doesn't know how much air is entering the engine, and the idle bounces.

its super simple. buy some 6in led strips, wire them to the dome light or a switch, and stick them to the lower dash.

mine did this, and i took the bulbs out and put em back in, and it worked fine lol. too bad the second time it happened i dropped the bulb and broke it lol
