Try running some air or water through your heater core, probably clogged up a little since you didn't use it all summer. Just don't put too much pressure through it or you'll be replacing it.

all you need is a jack and a couple blocks of wood, you don't need to take the body or bed completely off. Just loosen all the body mount bolts and do one side at a time. Not hard or very time...

4.0 only came with d35s, the 3.0 and lower got the d28 or the d35 hybrids.

I like the ceramics, less dust and last damn near forever. They do have a little less stopping power but with how long they last I can deal with it.

Yes, you can remove the heads with the manifolds still attached. I did when i replaced the heads and put a set of pacesetters on.
