I have been all over the engine with a stethoscope. I can not find the source of this noise. It seems that unless I can actually touch the problem spot with the scope, there is no way to pinpoint it.

When searching online I found 3 different part numbers for Motocraft plug wires for the 3 ltr v6. Couldn't find out what the difference was besides price. Does anyone know the difference?
