Rear rotors seized? Use M8 bolts (long) or medium length bolts with washers then ratchet them down until the rotor snaps loose.

I guess you're not under waranty but for has been repeatedly sending out TSB's for the manual ranger on most models of the ranger since way back. I have a brand new 2010, not even 3500...
