Hello, anyone know how to remove the lid from a 1999 XLT 60/40 split seat console?

I need to repair it, and taking the lid off seems to be the easiest way. But I can't see how the lid is attached...

I have a 2010 Ranger with 5200 miles on it (I don't commute much). The tires were Continentals and Ford (and Continental) says to keep the tire pressure at 30 PSI. I do so...
