Thanks for the suggestions. Ill check the timing, but I think it might have to do with the cooling system. I might have a bad clutch fan and possibly a bad thermostat. I did some checking on it today...

Ok, here is an update on the heater problem:
1) I took all of the hoses off the heater core and flushed it out, nothing was blocking it, so it was free flowing
2) checked the heater water valve on...
