Mine has that sticker too. Since it has always been in the family I know that the Valve body was replaced under warranty in early 2004.

There is no way in hell some fancy gear oil would ever give you 1mpg, unless you currently had no gear oil. I would be surprised at .1mpg.

I changed the filter on my Ranger and now its giving me a little trouble. I though everything would be fine because the fluid had been regularly changed. It was changed when the valve body gasket...

I found a guide on how its done in the how to section. I have replaced the wheel bearing now and everything went great, no problem. The one problem is the noise is still there. I guess its the ball...

I am having a hard time finding the size socket I will need to get to the wheel bearing. There is some kind of weird looking nut with a bunch of sides, then a regular nut under that right? What sizes?

If it had been the opposite with dry and wet I would have said it was the spark plug wires. It still could be but I don't see how them being wet would make it run better.
