Just for clarification, we are talking about the weatherstripping that seals the slider window or the rear doors. Everything on the slider seems to be sealing. I just can't seem to pinpoint the noise.

Not whistling...just sounds like a window is open a bit. Its definitely coming from the back of the cab.

I know this post is rather old...but I am having a similar problem to the original poster. I have an 02 4dr. supercab and it sounds like I always have a window cracked. Rear slider seems to be shut...
