We have run Speed pro pistons in the past and they are a good choice.I would go with 30 over pistons,mill the head about 60-70,000ths.Cams are a different story,i believe for the cost of a good...

I,ve had 2 94,s that we raced and we never even ran the cam sensor,never was any different with it hooked up or not.I know it does throw a code with it unhooked but no difference in performance or...

No,in 94 and late 93 ,they had a cam sensor in the dist hole on all California spec trucks for emission.A lot of these trucks were sold in other states.

All the motors up to 94 had the hole for the dist,it might be just the dummy shaft to run the oil pump or a cam sensor.Ford recasted the block in 95 to the last style of Lima blocks

No,never had a problem with the allen head bolts getting stuck and we use to have to wrap our tube header because it got so hot at the end of each straightaways,the header would be glowing cherry...

When we had to run a stock manifold on the race truck,we ran the 94 tube manifold on our 98.It already had the O2 in about the same location as the cast 98 manifold and we just block off the EGR...

Yeah,we just use a little smaller bolt and put it thur the hole and put a nut and washer on it.Same motor,use your ranger roller cam in your turbo motor

Best bang for your buck is a tuner.Go to google and search it out,lot of testimonies of guys who have done it and dyno results.A little more than $200 but you get what you pay for

The 94 engine takes a completely different crank sensor than the 97.You have to makes a different bracket to install.We use to drill and tap 3 new holes in the block to use the 94 sensor on the 97...

We weld a plate across the intake to block the water passage.You got the crank sensor issue taken care of?
