My dumbest Ranger story
This is a true story about my 2003 Ranger. Happened a few years ago.
One day I noticed the dome light was on.
Of course, the first thing I did was to go around and slam the doors shut.
Then I...

Re: People out to get me? :P
Since I'm typing this in my bedroom with the lights out, wearing my tin foil hat and holstering my Glock with the big magazine, I'm probably not the right guy to ask....(but yes, they are out to get...

Re: So who would win the drag race?
If by "OP" you mean the original poster (don't know all the abrvs.) I got an '11 with the bigger V6. I had a four cylinder Ranger once and I wouldn't challenge a 6 year old on a tricycle.

Re: So who would win the drag race?
Because, Mr. Pooleo, some dude in a 150 might look askanse at me at a stoplight and thereby pimp me to the point I would have to lighten his personage by one pink slip....

So who would win the drag race?
I'm on my second V6 Ranger. I've always thought both were pretty quick for what they were. I was wondering if my new Truck would beat a V8 F150 with the same equipment. It's gotta be considerably...

Vision out of the right back side window of my extended cab. The headrest of the seat blocks the window perfectly. Very dangerous for angled intersections.

It's all relative. Like I used to tell my old girlfriends, "Even a battleship looks small in the ocean."

Ain't gotta worry about me, Mike. I'm going to stay in Ohio come hell or high water. The way jobs are around here, it's going to be both.

Re: ranger vs f150
20K! Man, I didn't do that good when I bought my 11. But I believe in supporting our local family owned dealership over the auto-supermarkets even if it's a few more dollars.
My 98 Ranger went...

Re: ranger vs f150
I was looking at an F150 before I bought my third ranger (2011). The 150 is such a behemoth I can't believe the gas milage would be even close. I'm sure tires and everything is more expensive with...

Looking for mild bolt on custom ideas
Up front, I'm an old guy. I used to build hot rods and custom cars in the 60's. I guess it's never gotten out of my blood. Building and restoring motorcycles have been my interest for a long time,...

Even thought I swore I'd never own another black vehicle, I just bought a new black Ranger Sport. I owned a black Ranger before and it looked pretty dull and crappy when I got rid of it. I'm...

An old Ranger guy from Ohio
Hello,
I found this forum while looking for the best cap or cover choice for my new Ranger, 2011 4X4 Sport.
This is my third Ranger. My first was a 1998 that I drove well into six digit milage...
