coil spacers???????

anyone know about these boosters called coil spacers? a friend said i might try this for an extra inch or two on the suspension. i just want to know if these would pop out going down the road. i mean...

1.the idea was to take the plastic cover (clear part) off the tails
get a can of primer, and a can of flat...

just for the people who are actin mean and hatin' i flipped my truck a couple years ago and another ranger was totaled by being rear-ended by a semitrailer. the man at the ford place couldn't repair...
