I think I have fixed the issue by replacing the cap. I refilled system and so far no issues.
I do have one concern still and that is the lower radiator hose is still relatively cool in...

Hi All,
Two quick questions, seeing that this truck has the fancy electronic thermostat, can you still test the thermostat in a pot of boiling water?
Would a bad overflow tank cap not allow...

Yeah, drivers side. Near power steering pump. Has electrical connector going to it....:mad:

Not sure what dtcs is but I do not work the truck very hard. If anything I baby it.
Any thoughts on why lower rad hose would be cold?
If thermostat was stuck closed, i wouldn't expect heater to...

No cap on radiator. Just expansion tank

I did do another fuel pressure test.
While running the pressure read approximately around 40psi, but I did notice that the gauge was leaking a little, and I wasnt able to get it any...

Update:
So I changed the fuel filter and nothing has changed. Still hard to start even when priming the fuel pump and system.
One thing to note that I thought was strange was the system didnt...
