I did the same thing and get as high as 25 mpg on 3.0 flex but my average is now about 23 highway 18 in...

you need to take the metal out first , those body lines are completely out , if your going to drill holes you might as well get a cheap little dent puller...

i think its probobly the deck if the fuses are bad the other way you can make sure its not the wires is to run a power wire off the battary and see if it turns on thatway also.

it is bretty simple to do bondo work
first prep the area you are gonna bondo drill some holes in the part you are gonna bondo to give the bondo somthing to stick to and also take a razor blade and...
