ashtray rplacement/cubby hole

I have a nice cubby hole interior piece that replaces the ashtray, some scuffs on the bottom which you probably won't see once mounted, this came out of a 2000 extended cab (junkyard find) very nice...

I believe they can be I seen one in the junk yard, but wasn't interested in it. The back wall looks the same just cardboard covered with carpet did not notice how it was mounted shouldn't be too hard...

ok unhooking the chime was not a good idea some how hooked into the trans, did not shift properly after unhooking. How funny is that.

I found the chime behind the radio decided to just unplug it, I don't think it is worth fixing the short if it isn't harming the ignition.

This chime stays on after I take the key out of the ignition, and I have to wiggle the ignition to make it stop, so must be a short,can I remove this chime and if so where is it. The chime does go...

I finally was able to get the fluid out and add the Lucas Additive., it is much better still has a slight whine. I can actually hear the motor sound in first gear now. Thanks to all who have helped.
