You don't necessarily have to, but aftermarket ones made for lowered trucks would be your best bet. The stock ones are made for the stock height, the aftermarket ones are made for lowered trucks...

Ahh okay. Yeah, I wouldn't buy aftermarket anything mechanical or electronic for my truck. If it came with it, it's better to replace it with the exact same thing than a cheap aftermarket piece....
