Finally got around to messing with this little problem. Ended up spraying a bit if WD40 into the receiver and it took care of the problem completely.

Yeah, sounds like yours is doing the same thing as mine. I can't just push it in there with a normal amount of force like I used to be able to. It's super irritating...

What I'm hearing is that all season tires will do the job? Does that mean that all terrain tires are overkill or just not suited for the job? To me it seem like an all terrain tire would ware faster...
