I had a 2010 sport 4x4 3" BL and cranked my bars only an inch and cleared 35x12.5 no rubbing... no offset no spacers and only trimmed my lower valance abouce half inch.. 4.0L had no troubles pushing...

i havent taken my headlights out of the truck yet, but do you put the whole thing (including plastic) in the oven? as in just unplug from the truck and put the whole assembly in there?
