grinding going into gear

On my new ranger, when shifting into 3rd and 4th I'm getting grinding but it goes into gear, 1st, 2nd, 5th and reverse no grinding at all, I opened the inspection rubber and the throw out bearing...

squeak when 4 wheel engaged

just developed a squeak from the front of the truck when I engage the 4 wheel drive, sounds like it's coming from the front right..

it's not a constant squeak but sound pulsed like when the tire...
