I use a heavy weight oil in my nissan 4cyl. It has 189k. 20w50 in summer and 15w40 winter. I used about 1 qrt every 3k miles now. Were I added 1qt every 2k miles.

You will loose a bit of coolant. I replaced mine and just added some to the storage tank. You will be fine.
