Just turned 170,000. 2004 Ranger with 4CY, manual transmission, 2WD. Runs great. I replaced the upper and lower ball joints and a shop replaced the fuel pump. No other maintenance needed. Might do...

2004 Ranger 4cy, Manual trans, 163,000 miles. Doesn't burn oil, runs great. It was well taken care of by a local company that used it for a parts runner PU. I replaced the front upper and lower ball...

2004 with 163,000 miles. But it runs well and passes smog with no problems. Short bed, 2.3 L 4cy with 5 speed trans.
