Does anyone know of a programmable engine management system because i wanted to turbo my 2001 4.0 SOHC and be able to run about 5 psi and program it myself so I don't need to go to a shop and have it...

Im starting to build a drag truck out of my ranger. Anybody know what i should start with/what to do first or last. Please don't say the obvious like turbo, super, or nitrous.

Best way to go lower?
What is the best way to lower a 2001 XLT 4X4? Coilovers, lowering springs or anything else. A specific brand/product would help too.
