always hand torgue the lug nuts to 100 ft lbs
also check the mounting surface on the hub too, if it's rusted up clean it before installing new rotors

They work really good if both pipes are the same diameter

FiberFix is what I would use, it's 100x stronger than Duct Tape

They are here in NC too others just drive with their high beams on. 9 out of 10 cars I inspect will come in with the high beams on and I always flip'em back down to low beams.

you are correct, and using pb blaster is a +, might even put vise grips on the cable end that is not being changed to help hold it, while you strike the other end with a punch.

I like the 3.0L engine in my Ranger, decent 20 MPG average. Not sure why it has the nickname 3.Slow, its not a GT Mustang but it isn't slow by any means, at least my ranger 3.0 ain't.
