1354e manual shifter?

Has anyone on here had any luck making some sort of manual shifter for the push button 1354 transfer case? I know the easiest thing would be swapping a 1354m but I've looked and there are none near...

Yeah no worries. I just know from experience that it takes a whole lot of work to find specific answers, and I don't really know much, but I know (now) ways to get it all in and working nicely

Re: Is it worth getting new gears?

Well to update anyone who ever comes across this, everything bolted right up. Brake lines, with no modification, and it stops like a dream. For the parking brake, I used stock ranger cables and did a...

Re: Is it worth getting new gears?

Okay I see what you're saying, I'm just thinking, it's a dd, and 95% on road, so it would probably only ever see 33s as a max tire size, as I like the look of 31s on it, so I figure 4.10s would be a...

Is it worth getting new gears?

Hey guys,
I have a 1991 with the 4L and 4x4, and it has 3.55 gears and 31s. Would it be worth it to spend the money to get 4.10s? I've found an expo 8.8 with 4.10s and a L/s for 200, and I've looked...
