The oil pressure and the temp gauge pegs out when I turn the key on the speedometer and RPM gauge does nothing the battery gauge does nothing and the fuel gauge is staying on half a tank

Well I took it all back apart today and unhooked all of it several times and checked all fuses and everything still don't work so I don't know what's going on

NEED HELP with gauge cluster
Gauge cluster worked fine pulled it out to change the bulbs because they blowed and wimp I put it back in none of the gauges will work all pressure goes all the way up tip goes all the way up battery...
