My wipers intermittent feature only works at the highest speed. They worked once or twice at the lower speeds/more delay. I'm thinking the rheostat is dirty. How did you get to this? I honestly...

I agree it looks like the vapor recovery line. Mine connects under the manifold to a connection with a 90 degree bend towards the drivers side. Thanks for posting the pics of the solenoid valves....
